Ruben Middelkoop, Global Brand & Marketing Manager at Redexim, states “We aim to offer a comprehensive range of products for the professional maintenance and renovation of golf courses and sports fields. Tractor mounted blowers were the missing piece. After the transfer, these blowers were redeveloped, integrated into our processes, and branded with the Redexim name. This may seem straightforward, but despite their established reputation for quality, it was a complex task to incorporate the ‘old’ Trilo leaf blowers into Redexim’s operations. They now fully meet our standards.”
There are three distinct models of the Verti-Air tractor mounted blowers available. All blowers are characterised by their robust construction and high blowing capacity. The largest model is the Verti-Air® 960, the mid-size is the Verti-Air® 7, and the smallest is the Verti-Air® 400.
Territory Manager Remi Nouwens explains, “The 400 is a versatile performer and ideal for municipal services. This smallest variant, the Verti-Air 400, comes in three configurations. It can be mounted on the front or rear of a carrier vehicle, and there’s a hydraulically driven version that fits almost any carrier. Its noise level is so low that it can easily be used in residential areas. Additionally, this all-rounder features a 180-degree rotating nozzle, making it perfect for clearing bike paths.”
The Verti-Air 7 and Verti-Air 960 deliver maximum power and are well-suited for use on sports fields, golf courses, and roads. At festival sites, the Redexim lead blowers can blow leftover debris, such as plastic cups, into piles. The Verti-Air 7 is specifically designed for use behind compact tractors, with the blowing direction easily adjustable from the operator’s seat. Nouwens adds, “It’s also important that they are terrain-friendly.”
Demand for pto leaf blowers doesn’t always align with the falling of leaves, as both gentlemen know from experience.
Van der Haeghe, the Dutch distributor of Redexim machinery, has taken on sales and after-sales responsibilities for the Dutch market. Sales Manager Michaël van der Lienden comments, “The tractor mounted leaf blowers are a great addition to our range and are attracting new customers. They are reliable and effective.” Van der Lienden jokingly adds, “The only downside is that they tend to last too long!”
