Precise grading is the ultimate benefit the Redexim Laser Graders have to offer however there are additional features and technology to make the grading process simpler and more efficient. The ultimate benefit of the Redexim Laser Graders is precise grading, enhanced by additional features and technologies for simpler and more efficient operation.

  • Dual PVG16 Valves for Accurate Control: The Laser Grader’s dual PVG16 valves enable control with a dual laser receiver. These proportional valves control the flow and pressure of hydraulic fluid. Providing smoother operation compared to systems that send individual signals, which can cause unevenness.
  • Integrated Ripping Tines: The Laser Grader comes standard with ripping tines that can be lowered to break up tough soils. This feature enhances the machine’s versatility and effectiveness in different soil conditions. In addition, this process will not only grade and level surfaces but also break up and aerate compacted soil.
  • Large Wheels for Rough Surfaces: The Laser Grader’s large wheels are designed to handle rough conditions. The machine attaches to a tractor and provides smooth operation and consistent results regardless of the surface. This heavy-duty design is ready to get work on the first day it arrives at your facility.
  • Replaceable Bottom Blade: The replaceable bottom blade on the Redexim Laser Graders extends the machines’ lifespan and ensures consistent performance, making these Laser Graders a cost-effective option for a wide range of grading projects at any turf facility.
